Synopsys is very much people oriented, and business growing in the same time. This is challenging in a good way. It's sad to know that SIG won't be part of Synopsys anymore.

Always helping each others without hesitating. Always going the extra mile
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Again, SIG Business Unit future is unsure. I don't know if I'm gonna keep my job and when.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My target has been tripled from FY23 to FY24, while my territory has been reduced. Also, the base salary isn't following the inflation, hasn't changed since Jan 22.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I work from home and therefore I don't really feel the culture and environment. But I like the way we can rely on everyone whatever we need, there will always be someone to help.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
SIG Business Unit future is unsure, we do not know what will happen to us, this is very uncomfortable. My target this year is just unachievable and therefore has a big negative impact on my revenue and motivation
