people are overall positive and nice. Communication is a pleasure most of times.

There are professionals in my team. And I always learn something new after a communication.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I get very few stocks compared to other company employees in the industry. For example, Adobe and Broadcom. Also, I think we are not paid as close as people with same position within other companies.
