new recruits are not as good as we used to see till few years back

New grades have been introduced effectively demoting everyone at 69 grade and below No consistent WFH policy, some teams are being asked to come 5 days while others are being asked to come 3 days Executive team only keeps asking weekly status reports w/o contributing to the product
