It's been a rollercoaster ride trying to find the perfect spot for me, once I got there it's been a complete joy (which does not mean that I work less or anything, it's just that I have a vivid motivation everyday).

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There's a known issue that high tech companies have better benefits to employees in US sites, which creates a sense of second category employee when you're not on such sites.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My immediate management team is clear in goals and objectives to strive to a great organization, this aligned to my personal goals and career path development. They are transparent when something is not possible in a near future, therefore I have clarity of my panorama.
