we had high inflation our compensation didn't get adjusted accordingly

my team works very hard, solidarity and professionalism we are always trying to push new boundaries with always a yes if attitude .
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I work more than 15 hours a day, and weekends , with huge workload , always more and more tasks and responsibilities , and no recognition no compensation increase, even a decrease this year , so that high management can go and make 35Bn dollars gambles with M&A s, all with our hard work
