Management and leadership team should talk to the team
Type of Work which solves the problem for our customers
Not to do back-biting, if they have something they should come up front and suggest.
Not to do micro management, and let the people do there job rather then abusing them.
Trust in team and before giving deadline of any task the assigned person should give consent for that deadline
Encourage the team for their good work, don't abuse them, guide them or at-least try to point the correct with person if needed, At-least listen to them one time. don't give credit to your loved one while the good work was done by someone else.
I am holding MTech and have 15+ years of relative experience. As per the new job architecture, I should be are Sr. Architect but I am Principle Engineer. I asked about my feedback with my manager and VP as well they responded like that i am doing great job.
