work life balance is not actually good. In other companies people work in office hours only but in Synopsys we are forced to work offline hours also to meet our deadlines. once the project starts, every week has unbeatable deadlines which hampers work life balance

the conversion of job roles have actually made promotions due for a longer time. In that way we are not able to meet our compensation as per industry standards. and sonce 2 years we have not got good hikes
