
Less workload at times is good.
They are eager to learn.
There is no office politics. No negativity spread by anyone.
in last 3 years inflation has gone up a lot subsequently, pay has not catch up the way it should. Also lot of people left in last 5 years, and lot of people joined. but those who stayed and made company rich and still making huge difference are not paid fairly.(Not talking about managers/directors)
I am doing task of 3 people , for last 2 years, synopsys could not hire to share the burden. even with burden , i have delivered efficient work, still pay is not better.(In inflation adjusted or dollar adjusted term, it may be less) even though they promote to sr2, then they make all staff is unfair
