Great brandname on an unique market position; well track on overall financial predictions; struggling in my BU where too many institutional structures mindsets have existed for too long and seem to require big efforts to change for good; good in people care though package is below market average.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
work seriously on daily operation to meet quarterly/annually financial goals.
What makes you most happy at work?
Get a chance to inspire my team working for true values of the operation creatively, and feeling comfortable to break and then rebuild inefficient flows/frameworks that exist for years.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
By comparing to how Synopsys pays to talents with similar capacity globally based own my speculation, and by comparing how Synopsys' market reference range is compared to local talent competitors.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The office facilities are generally good but significantly short of cubicles, short of parking spaces, short of toilet, and even short of drinking water fountain capacity which has just recently fixed after more than 6 months of complaining. Perphaps the work-life balance is the best in culture.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team as in my organization is excellent as most of them could be inspired to perform beyond expectations; however, my peer team is scrambled with quite a few of institutional mindset that doesn't seem to be efficient to deal with emerging requirements issues we are facing on the market.
