We get timely feedback and info requested from other BG's but intra team interactions within Logic Library team is poor and even after multiple escalations certain teams are refraining from sharing data even with Sr Director's in CC. This is affecting the quality of work and product.

Transparency and KT sessions conducted in timely manner.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Multiple forums to showcase employee talent such as purple poster, shark tank, pitch fest, etc
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Restricted Stock Units granted, but could have reduced vesting period. Many companies have it vested over 3years.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Employee benefits and perks could be better. Better transparency on deciding hikes. No team building activities and team lunches happening in SG Logic Libraries team. Atleast one team lunch/quarter is and should be feasible.
