Ramping up was assisted by everyone offering to help. Work is extremely challenging and fast paced, sometimes over the top and tough on the work/life balance but acceptable based on desire to win and be part of a fantastic team. Overall, very happy of making the choice to join the team.

Transparency and openness. Really like the quarterly updates provided showing the strategic vision and execution status.

The challenge and continuous learning and being placed outside my comfort zone indicating that you are still growing. Also a very interesting product portfolio

Overall desire to help and drive the mission. Everyone is aligned and one of the biggest things is all the people are NICE (that is not common across a complete organization).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The overall desire to execute and work together as a team. Very impressed that this is instilled across the whole organization. Again, not common to have everyone rowing in the same direction.
