Everything was good under Aart and Chi-Foon. They were transparent at their decisions and strategies, recognised the workers, said what they mean, meant what they said, didn't lie, didn't censor, didn't manipulate. Agile, excellent, trust instilling, only a lack of courage
What makes you most happy at work?
The salary and the extra payments, we need more of that, as our salaries don't grow since Sassine came and inflation makes them of a lesser value
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Extreme lack of transparency and alignment in Leadership since Aart went. The changes are happening wildly in the contradiction with employee communication. Everything looks like Leadership is misaligned and each leader pulls in his own direction. Say what you mean and mean what you say, stick to it
