I believe Synopsys is a great place to work and I enjoy my job. I do look forward to coming into work each day as I am in the office 5 days a week. I put in extra hours when required to ensure that I am a team player
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our office environment feels happy and inclusive. I see people from different teams mingling and socializing, learning about each other
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is always accessible and have a positive outlook; they are always helpful and are team players, seeing my team in person is always a bonus as it doesn't happen often
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love that we get a $$$ bonus before the end of the year. I work very hard and I promote Synopsys as a great place to work so getting awards, stocks etc are important
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they keep us informed; I like that they give us surveys; I like that they think of us as a person and not a number; I like that they are making changes to keep up, even though change is sometimes hard
What makes you most happy at work?
The thing that makes me most happy is that I am trusted to do my job without being supervised, that I can make some decisions on my own, that I have a little flexibility regarding time in the office, I really like the staff at our office and I get a chance to know different people, and salary
