Too many changes and bureaucracy layers limit my performance. Lot of opportunities to improve but we are slow to respond. I enjoy my work though.

Very open and approachable culture.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No where near market in the semiconductor industry. Being the top and largest EDA/Semiconductor company in the world, I expect the compensation to be reflecting the same. We are not even close to Tier 2 semiconductor companies with respect to compensation.
