What do you like best about the leadership team?Transparency. Our leadership team keeps employees in the know. There is also a lot of positivity across the board. Seeing folks rewarded for their hard work is great.

What makes you most happy at work?Winning as a team. Every opportunity to provide value for a customer requires SO many people to be involved. Everyone from Product/Support/IT is all on the same page around loving our customers, and it shows.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?With the current inflation rate, everything is more expensive and maybe an increment accordingly would really be helpful.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?I'm enthusiastic about software development, I need more ways to spend more time on that and learn about the product I develop.
