What's the vibe like in the Design dept at T-Mobile? How many hours are you working?

Depends on the design team you are on. Our team is very social and collaborative. The hours you work are dependent on the type of employee you are. Contractors are limited to 40 hours a week. FTE employees typically work between 40-60 hours. It’s all about the team you’re on and your willingness to stick to firm boundaries around your non-work hours. There is more than enough work to do that if you want to put in long hours you can, but it will hasten burnout if your not careful.
