Definitely aggressive in terms of goal setting and achieving those goals. There are lots of tools to help you achieve those goals tho. There is a zero tolerance for not doing it the right way, which is a good thing. I'd say most of the Team does it the right way but unfortunately there are some that don't. Overall the sales team has good, positive energy and they do try to help each other out. There's also sales trainings to help those who are underperforming become to performers.
