The customer service was remarkable! I switched my family over and was able to get discounts on phones. Nicole in Los Lunas also went above and beyond by filling out our information so that we could get a reimbursement right away. Now when I need help in any way that’s my go to.????????????

Be patient. You're learning a lot the first 30 days so be patient with the learning process. And make sure you always "listen" to what the customer is telling you, not what you think they may be saying.
