Training typically lasts for 3 weeks, the first 2 weeks in the training center and the 3rd week in your home store (assuming you're hired as a retail associate). It's very hands on for training. They really want to make sure you're ready to hit the ground running after your training is completed. The best advice I can give is to make sure you don't get sidetracked by others in the training session and focus on completing your web-based trainings as well as any other tasks that the trainer gives to you. Ask questions and take lots of notes and most importantly just have fun. The more interactive you are, the more you will learn and the more fun you will have. And remember it typically takes a good 30 to 60 days before you are fully comfortable in your new role, so just learn as much as you can during your training period.
