Such a RUDE company. The project to which I was assigned had given me the worst professional experience ever. The project lead was rude to me all the time and was not at all understanding. The person did not allow location change even after producing genuine medical reasons. NON HUMANE COMPANY EVER.

People should be more friendly and understanding

Leave co-workers, first the project lead needs to correct the way of behaving.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued and de-valued most of the times. The company did not provide the assets, which was the delay from their end and they blame me for nothing.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everything in my project in going wrong because of one person that is the project lead. To improve this, either the project lead has to change the attitude or the manager needs to be changed
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
First the manager has to learn how to treat the employees. Then have a mind to consider employee's genuine cases. The kind of project lead which I got, ruins the reputation of the whole TCS company. I will not suggest anyone to join TCS, just because of one person that is my manager.
