It's been interesting. When you're on a project, things go smoothly. When you're on the bench, it's difficult because you're responsible for helping find placement for yourself, but there is very little guidance on how to do that.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My recent project has required that I take on additional responsibilities, however I have not had any conversations about compensation and/or title changes to reflect this additional work.
