What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Valuing employees more and treating them fairly

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

No engagement, motivation, or drive. Poor communication skills, silo'ed, no concept of networking or being cordial.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Have the right people and experts conduct the interviews. HR has no clue during the initial screening about the job, they mis-inform

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Lot of Red Tape and useless policies, slowest expense/claim approval process, had to incur interest on using my own credit card. Billing driven, PTO is only encouraged during slow weeks/end of December.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

A lot is going wrong with the company ranging from compensation, benefits, reviews, customer service, coordination, employee development, leadership, culture, mis treating people, grudges, promotions, red tape, useless policies, silo's and organizational barriers, amazed to see people still sticking

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Poor base salary paired meager salary increment and bonus (if at all). Bait and switch in many cases, lowered the base pay after accepting the offer, no way near the bonus numbers quoted and assured about before hiring, poor health care benefits/Insurance, PTO was not easily approved.
