Top leadership are good but many a times not very transparent specially on salary and bonus

Tata as a brand is very good, the work ethics is better than most other companies
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation is not too bad but it should be better for people with better technical skills. It feels bad when someone with less skill who cannot work independently gets paid more
