Not like a family, not valued just a number, all employees are not treated equally, hosts need more training, don't feel comfortable going to managers about any issues, forced to sign a break waiver, don't get breaks after working 6 hrs.

Some employees are nice and helpful and the managers are sometimes understanding.

Treat everyone equally, don't pick and choose who to help and who not to help, their attitude, some are just rude for no reason.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being understanding, mistakes happen and will happen, they are more understanding depending on who it is and that shouldn't matter, everyone should be treated equally.
