Mine and many others experience working at bubbas 33 in oklahoma city was the absolute worst. Jerry Ammon the MP of the store cares about nothing but himself. I was forced to work 70+ hours, never recieved a raise for my 2 years of work. All managment except for one treated others horribly. Dont rec

Loved all my co workers and only 2 managers who are no longer there. Management is the issue.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management needs to change as soon as possible. The numbers reflect it being the worst bubbas 33 location
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I no longer work at this place but i never recieved any benefits nor a raise in 2 years. I put away 2 trucks a week,worked 70+ hours and got nothing but a paycheck.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Managment and their actual people skills. I had 2 managers who cared and actually treated people like human beings. Neither of which are still employed. Overall the MP of this store lacks any sense and has a strong alcohol addiction. A store horribly ran by Jerry Ammon.
