Everyone I serve with are truly kind and compassionate people. I come to work but it feels like my second home.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I felt like, at the time at least, that the managing partner of my store I actually cared about their employees.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I know when corporate is there, everything is done right. We don't send out food that is less than legendary and the corporate leadership really does care about the Texas Roadhouse brand.
