The way that the dish pit is ran it could be ran better and it could be a lot bigger especially for how busy it gets.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Money would make things go a lot better for the dishwasher position I was in and the dish pit was using a water hose and I didn't think that was sanitary or even write for that matter.
