Good company! Always promoted from within! Very competitive! Lots of market competitions (volleyball, trainer olympics, line dance competitions) promoting hard work and fun!

Sometimes people get overwhelmed but the section sizes help to prevent that and make for better service! Managers always there if you need help!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The workplace is great! Guests in our area aren’t always the best, and it’s always hit or miss with serving! I love working with my management team and coworkers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My general and assistant managers are awesome!!! They are always trying to help us by giving us tips on being better with our tables and doing contests to promote up selling!
