I like it because it is there when you need it and not a lot of employees realize that.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team has really just been building that positive environment from the ground up. Being a newer and smaller store you really have to rely on eachother with out hesitation. The help also comes from the management team too because they are trying to be more involved with the staff.
What makes you most happy at work?
It’s not about where I work or when I work, I come to work everyday just ready to enjoy who I am around. My coworkers just put a smile on my face because everyone is so genuine. Everyone has their days but there’s always someone that can dig you out of it.
