I used to love my job here. As time goes on, it just gets worse and I am making less money because of how the managers are running the system

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher hourly wage for servers. I would feel better about the money I make if the managers actually gave me a chance to spend time with my tables and give them a good experience
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Managers becoming more strict and making it harder on the employees to do our jobs well and earn the money we deserve. Ridiculous rules need to be changed. They shouldn't fire people for standing up for themselves. They punish people by taking away tables which is taking away our livelihood
