Management. And the lack of taking responsibility for alls actions.

Its all about communication and equal treatment with all co workers.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication, to many chiefs not enough Indians. With the lack of communication ,results of micro managing and and just poor management doesnt allow store to flow.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
For my position all i would need is communication with management as well is my co workers on the line. Im a Hot prep cook so communication is key
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My store manager takes advantage of my hard work ethic and when i dont produce exceeded expectations im yelled at and degraded. My self esteem is so low do to this job. All the while i have been loyal and give a %120% everyday. I recently got fired due to his hostel anger problem.
