Miserable. Nobody is happy. We are understaffed and I seem to be the only one who cleans the silverware. The kitchen is gross. Servers roll dirty silverware. Customers are stuck up. This place used to be fun to work at, but it steadily became worse over time. Managers dont communicate well.

I get paid. Not a lot, but still.

They were very nice and welcoming.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen and are understanding.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone knows each other and we joke a lot, people confide in each other. I wouldn't say close knit, but everyone is close to one or two people. No one is generally aggressive on purpose.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to stop slacking. Them slacking often affects me, putting more stress on me to roll silverware faster and make sure its clean when thats already difficult because the dishwashers dont clean it good. I often have to come back and help them because they want to talk more than do their job.
