Ive worked for almost two years now. Ive been working as a host but trying to serve for a year and a half of that time. It is frustursting trying to move up. I feel like those whove been working there should have better chances to move up into positions especially when youre older and need it.

I was really given a run down and plenty of informatiom.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Often im thanked by my co workers for helping out. But usually going above and beyond isnt usually acknowledged by the management.
What makes you most happy at work?
When guests and coworkers are cooperative and understanding. Ive made many good friends at Texas Roadhouse and I do love working there.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is supportive of each other and mostly there for each other. Younger workers tend to be a bit dramatic but its okay.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like when my managers talk to me and try to get to know me. Its just often when theyre overwhelmed it gets onto everyone else. Especially when were understaffed
