Hard work , sometime no lunch , ASMs work long hours , very little appreciation from upper management

Very rewarding teaching somebody that may not know all the details about something there purchasing and the look on their face when you go into detail is very rewarding

The vibe is very laid back. I worked an eight hour shift. Things began to become very repetitive over time and if you allow yourself to be involved in drama there is a lot of it it to get into. It is like a big high school in the call center. Not professional.
