Not enough. Why only minumum wage when we fix so many problems for customers. We have to listen to every complaint also

The ones who care, help you. But ..there are a few who do not care. They are ..there to fill a void.
I feel that it could be better. The FES in my store doesn't think that the service desk is her responsibility. Getting a break when I'm the only one at the service desk is like pulling teeth.

Don't have your feathers ruffled easy by upset customers. Always have a smile and try to listen and help upset customers.

Shows favoritism. One leader in particular tried to push people around by threats. When I spoke out at her, my coworkers were shocked and that's when I was targeted to be fired. Dont speak your mind at THD

Both of the sales managers that I have had so far have been very helpful, and very tolerant.
They are supportive.

Mentors, coaches will help you if you put forth an effort. You won't last long if you hide.

How's the leadership on the Operations team at The Home Depot?
Some are good they really knows operation and by the book which is very good especially in operation.
They have attitude with selective audience; lie and never admit when they are wrong. Also an issue with Diversity amongst leadership and an issue with the true meaning of being inclusive.
