  • Be Neatly groomed for the interview, hair cut, clean shave, clean, neat clothing, jeans are ok. Be honest and sincere. Speak intelligently, cell phone in pocket, no head phones or ear buds, be a few minutes early for the interview. Just like any other interview for a retail position.

  • Find another place to apply , even if they start you low as long as they treat you right , not a # in their store .

  • If the DHRM don’t like you they will railroad you and any issues that you bring to them will be sweep under the Rug even if it’s a major violation like Time thief . SM sleeping with their hourly associates so they can get promoted. ASM not following the Burglar Procedures. And this things that I’m writing here is not a story telling it’s a fact and have trends of emails , accompanied by dates and pictures. This people who has a major violation still employed with the company. But for one private message that took place on my day off and also an answer to a question was used against me .
