In five years, I've earned a real life MBA working for TKWW. It takes self-motivation and a curious mind, but there are constant opportunities to learn and get better.

Given the current trajectory of the company, stock options are very enticing.

Most people genuinely care, and are willing to work together to creatively solve problems.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing the fruits of our labor, and simply knowing that there is meaning in the work we do.

Everyone understands the greater vision of what we're working towards. We all want to win and it's awesome working with likeminded people.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The recruiter was absolutely amazing. He helped me every step of the way, over communicated, and really made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're globally integrated, and we truly care about helping one another. There aren't any egos on our team, and everyone is in a constant state of learning and growth.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they can position our company in a way that allows for scaling and growth. Growing pains will happen, but it's all worth it if the business is in a great place financially.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We always jump in and help each other. Our goals are constantly moving, and it's important for us to be able to trust each other so we can accomplish our team and company goals. The team, the team, the team!
