My overall experience has been fantastic. I love working at a company that puts the wellbeing of its employees first and that cares about its employees. The work we do is so fun and important as well which makes it so much more meaningful.

Working at TKWW has been amazing. I feel challenged at work but in a good way-it allows me to grow and learn new skills. The support I get from my manager and team is amazing and I love the teams I get to work with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The work-life balance and flexibility we have is really great!
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked how much feedback and communication I received throughout the hiring process.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of my compensation package is the bonus opportunities and 401k.

I like how our leadership cares about TKWW employees and how they give recognition.

My team is incredibly supportive, kind, friendly, and always willing to lend a helping hand if you need extra support.

The team I'm on is very supportive and encouraging. I enjoy the ability to work autonomously in my role but there's still a good team dynamic as well.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with my team! I also feel like I've finally found a company that I can grow with and stay with for more then a year which makes me really happy.

The work that I do makes me the most excited to go to work as well as the team that I work for. I love doing what I do but I also enjoy the team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I used to work at a company where executive level leadership never spoke with employees under the manager level. Here leadership sends emails of recognition and participates in the slack channels which I think is really great!
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is so hardworking but they are incredibly kind, helpful, and fun. I've learned so much from them in a very short amount of time and am never afraid to ask questions when I need help.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture at TKWW encourages work life balance which is super important. Every employee that I've encountered at TKWW is really nice, helpful, and friendly which I think is a testament to the work culture here. I like that I'm always busy in my day to day but don't feel like I'm drowning.
