
We used to have a couple meetings where we'd be able to chat about things other than work. That was fun, but we don't have very many meetings like that anymore.
My pay is a great deal lower than what I should be paid based on my experience. I should be much more valuable compared to my coworkers who have no experience, but we have the same pay.

From when I started to now, when I post a question to our Slack channel, most times no one answers me. I also feel like everyone assumes you don't know anything just because you're "new". I have ideas to improve our processes, but no one listens or takes me seriously.
Even though we're caught up answering customers on their orders, management keeps pushing and pushing us. No one has time to take the Udemy classes we have access to, or have a casual conversation to get to know each other. I was even yelled at for talking to coworkers about work.
