Frustrating; with leadership this company could have great opportunity but there is not leadership and the culture of those who have been here forever and refuse to train have hand cuffed any chance to turn this around

Fun environment team works hard but makes time to connect even remotely
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This company time and time again says they care about their people but every action they take speaks exactly to the contrary. For years now compensation has been a number one topic of employee disastisfaction and nothing has been done to address it
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have a newer team who bring together their experience from multiple different industries, tenure and culture. This team can achieve anything put in front of them; if they were not hamstrung by the culture of we have always done it our way and refuse to change
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership and defining a strategy for how they are going to mature this company and grow it. This leadership team is clearly of a startup mentality and lack the maturity or experience to take a company at this phase and size to the next level. Big change and an influx of experience is needed
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
This company has absolutely no leadership nor actual strategy to get out of the nose dive and mature into a company of the size they dream. Wanting to be a billion dollar company is not a strategy. The customers absolutely hate us there is no product vision or plan to get out of the cancels
