We have not had a direct manager since 2 weeks after I started, so its been a bit hard to feel comfortable with providing feedback. Erin and Keri have been absolutely amazing stepping in while we are without a manager.
I think we are not acknowledged for the work we do. We are all paid the same on the design team, but some of us have way more experience and work harder than others. There should be a step of different pay for different levels for design specialists.
We are not talked to about open positions or provided a heads up about upper positions. I have over 9 years of design and management experience and someone who has less experience total has a higher pay and better title. I think pay needs to be reviewed every 6-12 months.
