It has been great so far. I have been learning lots of new things and I have been getting the time and space to get up to speed with how the team does work. This has been my favorite job so far.

They care very much about the well-being of all of the team members.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited PTO. Being able to step away from work without stressing about how many days off I have is great.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Helpful team members who are happy to work together. I am also really happy with all the tools: Laptop software etc.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting the time to write quality software. Other companies would rush projects leading to many bugs and code that is harder to read when you go back.
