Getting to work on something new and building developer tools.

I like their commitment to work life balance. True work life culture has to be established from the top down.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like the health benefits are too expensive to be of any real value, I'd like to see even more 401K contribution matching and compensation should be about 20% higher for my position.
What are some of the best things about your team?
It feels really casual to work with them. It really feels like we are all here to work together and accomplish something as a team. I don't feel stressed about needing to interact with my coworkers, they feel compassionate and fun to be around.
