I enjoy the work I am doing. I think the benefits and compensation need to be better to retain our engineers and stay competitive in the market. Many of my teammates have left this year and hiring is deeming very difficult in the current market

Our company should get a better 401K match program or compensate us more.

We have a good culture where I can bring my entire self to work. My team is understanding, compassionate, and transparent. All members work well as a collaborative team.
