My team and the motivation we all have for the work we do. It's positive to work with others who enjoy their work.

We do not have much exposure to the leadership team. I do not feel I know them or what they're focused on. I can't answer this question.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is treated as a human who has outside lives. The respect goes a long way. When we are cared for, we want to work harder. We show up encouraged and ready daily.
