I am enjoying being an employee at The Knot. I definitely see areas of improvement but for now I am cautiously optimistic that I will see real change.

The ease at which I am able to communicate with them. They are very open to feedback.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team genuinely seems to care about the success of the company and do promote a healthy work balance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do feel like my compensation package is on the lower end of the spectrum for the market rate and with the type of work/projects I am involved in I feel that should have been factored in better. A review of my salary would probably be the only thing that could adjust this.
