
Transparent communication and strategy that makes sense
My coworkers (not executives or even team leadership) are all bright, talented hard workers who i enjoy interacting with.
If my compensation were commensurate with market, or if our team had proper resources so we weren't all tasked with five jobs.
We need an overhaul of leadership and to fill the open positions in the company so that we can move forward with strategy. Things feel aimless and stagnant now.
