I think everyone should be paid more due to inflation

Everyone is extremely smart and reliable. A strong willingness to see the company do well!

I like that they are open and honest around areas of diversity and inclusion and allow others to speak their truth surrounding it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With inflation, I think there should be more conversations around compensation right now and I am hopeful we will see some changes this year.
