We are a global company, with a global vision. I like it and the international approach.
What are some of the best things about your team?
my team is very professional because we had a super professional manager. We had a preparation to work under pressure and by ourselfs.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
because my salary is low: the company does not recognize my abilities and my experience in this team; I had not posibilities to demostrate my value and the company does not promote me as a manager. Second point: It is impossible live with this salary in Barcelona. The prices are high.
