
Leadership is very transparent most of the time - which I appreciate
The people are what makes this company. Everyone genuinely cares about helping each other grow.
The AM-R team has taken on a lot of the grunt work with clients during the pandemic. Working with low performing accounts is very difficult and draining. A higher base pay would help even it out as many months we can't control our numbers.
We are extremely understaffed and the customer inbound numbers are insane. It's hard to get caught up to where you feel comfortable. I know we are in the process of hiring more talent but we need to be a bit more proactive with it as it takes a long time to get external hires.
